LexKAGE
is a nonprofit organization that provides support for gifted education in our community. We are a advocacy group that comes alongside parents to help keep quality gifted education in our schools. I think what we're most known for is our Super Saturday programs. Twice a year, we hold STEM classes for students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. Our class sizes are small, with a maximum of 15 students per class. Our teachers are fantastic and their lesson plans are always hands on and engaging. We also provide seminars for parents during Super Saturday. This gives parents a time to get to know other parents of gifted children and get some excellent information regarding gifted children.
Bricks4Kidz
At Bricks 4 Kidz®, we believe it’s important to tap into a child’s potential by encouraging their curiosity and creativity. Our classes provide an extraordinary atmosphere for children ages 3-13+, where we learn, we build, we play… with LEGO® Bricks. Our fun-filled model plans are designed by engineers and architects and provide an engaging platform that teaches children to learn with LEGO® Bricks. With our theme based project kits, we playfully motivate children by reinforcing S.T.E.M. based principles. At the same time, we enhance self-esteem, improve fine-motor skills, and teach important lessons such as collaboration, organization and following directions.
Kentucky Agriculture Bus
A mobile field trip that comes to you! With the Kentucky Agriculture Bus, kids learn about KY crops and herds, get to plant their own seeds and grind flour in our mill.
